I stretch my Parkinson diseased hands towards the light Dilating my pupils My clothes withered in ashes From the enduring pain At last, my suffering will forsake me All I needed in this journey was THE SAVIOR AND THE SPIRIT Who saved me from the destruction of me And mankind When the sun extracted my shadow All I saw was death and sin Like two gloves beating me down to the pits of hell Its deceiving nature, my shining armor Its lust housed deep into my soul to no return I held its sword, my shelter and comfort But when I discovered a dripping coat of blood I discovered the malicious reflection of my own sin I became the sheep lost from the herd ready to be mauled by ravenous demons But only THE SAVIOR AND THE SPIRIT Omnipotence can steer a fool out of his own annihilation and into the Righteous path So I ask you, What am I without HIS greatness in me? Just eroded particles blowing towards the mouth of satan But only THE SAVIOR AND THE SPIRIT can close shut the fowl mouth of that demonic pestilence while opening HIS arms to truth and life God is everything compacted into one irreplaceable creature whose immortalities are compared to none So let THE WORD OF GOD rise beyond the horizon with all power in HIS hands and all creation at their knees As a mortal I try not to lust the beauty of tomorrow But as long as I hold true THE SAVIOR AND THE SPIRIT Philippians 4:13 shall be cemented in my heart.
